Active Tax Deed Sales

Tax Deed Sale Procedures

All buyers shall understand and take full responsibility for their purchase.  Please refrain from conversation during a sale.  No questions will be answered after a sale has begun.

  • All sales begin at 11 AM.
  • All bids shall be in increments of at least $50.00 above the last bid.
  • A non-refundable $200.00 cash deposit is due from the Successful Bidder for each property in which you are deemed the highest bidder.

Anyone bidding on property should have already made financial arrangements so that they can meet the requirements of the sale.  If you are the successful bidder, you shall wait and meet with the Deputy Clerk after all sales have been conducted.  The Deputy Clerk shall inform you of the amount due, including your bid plus documentary stamps and recording fees. Payment shall be made immediately by cash, cashiers check or certified check.
