TurboCourt: Do it Yourself Forms

The Taylor County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office has a new service available to assist pro se litigants called TurboCourt. This is an interactive online program that assists the public in completing the Supreme Court approved legal forms to be filed with the court. This is a Do-it-Yourself electronic forms service (for a fee) and does not require a lawyer.

After locating the appropriate case link below, you will be guided through a questionnaire, which provides explanations and answers to questions while filling out the information. Once the questionnaire has been completed, TurboCourt automatically fills out the form for you. Then, after paying a convenience fee, the form can be printed out and filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office in Perry, Florida.

TurboCourt fees can be paid using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Note: TurboCourt fees are separate from any filing fee required by the Clerk’s Office.
